By accessing or using FMGE AI at www.fmgeai.com, you confirm that you are a foreign medical graduate (FMG) or a student preparing for the FMGE/NExT screening examination, at least 13 years old, and you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using FMGE AI on behalf of a coaching institution or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
🎓 About FMGE AI — Platform Purpose
FMGE AI is an educational technology platform designed exclusively to help foreign medical graduates prepare for:
- FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE), India
- NExT (National Exit Test) — the upcoming replacement for FMGE
- USMLE Step 1 / Step 2 CK preparation (supplementary use)
- General medical knowledge enhancement for MBBS graduates
FMGE AI is a study aid only. It is not a substitute for formal medical education, clinical training, or registered coaching institutes.

FMGE AI offers a free plan and optional Pro subscription:
- Free Plan: Access to 1,420+ MCQs, daily challenges, AI Doubt Solver (limited), 2 mock tests per month, community forum, study planner
- Pro Plan (₹499 / 90 days): Unlimited MCQs, unlimited mock tests, priority AI responses, All India Rank, progress certificate, spaced repetition, image-based questions
- Pro Annual (₹999 / 365 days): All Pro features for one full year — best value
- Pro plans are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of technical failure on our end
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew after expiry
🤖 AI Content & Medical Accuracy
⚠️ Important: AI-generated explanations are for exam preparation purposes only. They must NOT be used for clinical diagnosis, patient treatment, or any real-world medical decision-making.
FMGE AI uses Google Gemini AI and other AI systems to generate MCQ explanations, study tips, and doubt resolution. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI responses may contain errors — always cross-check with standard textbooks (Harrison, Davidson, Gray's Anatomy, etc.)
- MCQ answers are based on NBE FMGE exam patterns and standard Indian medical textbooks
- Previous year question (PYQ) tags are indicative and may not be 100% exhaustive
- Textbook references (e.g., "Harrison 20th ed p.887") are provided as guidance only
- For official exam preparation guidance, always refer to the NBE official website: natboard.edu.in
👤 User Accounts & Conduct
When you create an account on FMGE AI:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
- You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the platform
- You must not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract MCQ data
- You must not share Pro plan access with non-subscribers
- Forum posts must be respectful — medical discussions only, no spam or misinformation
- Reporting MCQ errors is encouraged — false reports may lead to account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
📚 Intellectual Property
All content on FMGE AI — including MCQs, explanations, UI design, code, and AI-generated content — is the intellectual property of FMGE AI unless otherwise stated.
- MCQ content may not be copied, redistributed, or sold without written permission
- Screenshots for personal study notes are permitted
- Commercial use of any FMGE AI content is strictly prohibited
- The FMGE AI name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without permission
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
FMGE AI is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We are not liable for:
- Exam failure — performance in FMGE/NExT depends on individual preparation
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content used for clinical decisions
- Data loss due to technical failures (we recommend saving important notes)
- Interruption of service due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party failures
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
📍 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of FMGE AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
